Who are we?

I have been interested in gramophones and the music played on them since a teenager. That was about 30 years ago! I have slowly built up a collection of machines and records, and love any excuse to share them to a larger audience.

I am very ably assisted by my wife, who comes from long line of ballroom dancers and is our resident consultant on records for serious dancing.

As a mechanical engineer by trade I am also able to undertake repairs and adjustments on gramophones (and allsorts of vintage machinery and technology)

We are always interested in buying collections of suitable 78rpm gramophone records to increase the variety of music that we can share.
